Luxury vinyl and laminate typically run $4–$9 per square foot installed; carpet $3–$7; engineered hardwood $8–$14; solid hardwood and site-finished floors $10–$18; tile $9–$20 depending on format and substrate prep. We give a written, itemized quote after measuring — not a phone estimate.

Most single-room projects are a one-day job. A whole floor of carpet or vinyl usually takes two to three days. Solid hardwood needs acclimation time before install, and site-finished hardwood adds sanding and finishing days. You'll get a written schedule with your quote.

We move and reset standard furniture at no extra charge. We ask that you clear small valuables, electronics and anything fragile from the work area, and that you arrange for oversized items such as pianos, aquariums and safes.

Sometimes. Vinyl, laminate and engineered hardwood can often float over a flat existing hard surface. We won't install over cushion-backed carpet or any floor that is soft, uneven or moisture-compromised — that's how you get squeaks, gapping and callbacks. We check moisture and flatness first.

Yes. We take on offices, retail, restaurants, churches and multi-family turns. We can work nights and weekends to keep you open, and we provide a certificate of insurance for property managers who require one.

Manufacturer warranties apply to the material. Our installation labor is guaranteed, and we'll come back to correct anything traceable to our workmanship.
